First Step to Goal-Setting Using the Enneagram

Goal-setting frameworks are not one size fits all! Or at least, I don't believe they should be. There's so much benefit to understanding more about your Enneagram type when it comes to the goal-setting process in order to define a more "custom" approach. In this episode, we're learning why understanding your orientation to time should be the first step in your goal-setting process, and the challenges and strengths of each type!

There are 3 types of time orientation:

1. Future (3, 7, 8)

2. Present (1, 2, 6)

3. Past (4, 5, 9)
